11/28/2016: Assailants attacked a health center in Kanyama, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Three assailants and one soldier were killed in the ensuing clash with security forces. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).
