Incident Summary:

12/02/2016: A suicide bomber detonated in an alleyway in Sirte, Libya. In addition to the assailant, at least 12 people were injured in the blast. This was one of two similar attacks in Sirte on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Tripoli Province of the Islamic State.
