12/06/2016: Assailants detonated an explosive device and opened fire on Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh, India. A police officer was killed and another officer was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Maoists.
