12/17/2016: Assailants attacked a joint Manipur Rifles and Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) post in Nungkao, Manipur, India. There were no reported casualties in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM), which the group denied.
