12/20/2016: Assailants attacked the Al-Khamsin checkpoint on the Man-Made-River north of Ash Shwayrif, Jabal Al Gharbi, Libya. An unknown number of Al-Nahr Engineering Company employees were abducted injured, and shortly thereafter released. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Tripoli Province of the Islamic State.
