01/18/2017: An explosive device detonated in a building next to the Colombian National Directory for Taxes and Tariffs (DIAN) building in Bogota, Colombia. At least nine people were injured in the blast. The People's Revolutionary Movement (MRP) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in opposition to tax reform which they argue would harm average Colombians.
