01/29/2017: Assailants raided Kikongo village, Katanga, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This was one of two related attacks in Tanganyika district on this date. There were no reported casualties, though 30 houses were set on fire across both assaults. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Twa militia.
