Incident Summary:

02/26/2017: Assailants abducted Ahmad Hamid al-Sakadirah, a civilian, in Rafah, North Sinai, Egypt. Al-Sakadirah was tortured and killed later the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Sinai Province of the Islamic State and stated that the victim was accused of working with military personnel.
