03/22/2017: Assailants equipped with rockets and firearms attacked a military base in Cukurca district, Hakkari, Turkey. At least one soldier was killed and four soldiers were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
