Incident Summary:

03/29/2017: An explosive device detonated as it was being planted inside a vehicle in Buca, Izmir, Turkey. At least one assailant was killed and another was injured in the blast. This was one of two bombings occurring within 20 minutes of each other in the same parking lot in Buca on this date. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
