03/29/2017: An explosive device detonated inside a trash can in Buca, Izmir, Turkey. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of two bombings occurring within 20 minutes of each other in the same parking lot in Buca on this date. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
