Incident Summary:

04/06/2017: Assailants opened fire on a Nigerian Army (NA) convoy near Gubdori, Borno, Nigeria. At least four soldiers were killed, five soldiers were injured, and four other soldiers were reported missing in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram, also known as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
