Incident Summary:

04/10/2017: An explosive device detonated targeting the convoy of Fadl al-Ja’di, the Ad Dali’ governor, and Major General ‘Ali Muqbil Salih, the 33rd Armored Brigade commander, in front of the Abjar clinic in Dali, Ad Dali, Yemen. Al-Ja’di and Salih were unharmed; however, three people were killed in the blast and an unknown number of people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
