Incident Summary:

04/11/2017: Assailants detonated explosives underneath a police compound in Baglar neighborhood, Diyarbakir, Turkey. Three people, including a police officer and two civilians, were killed and 12 people were injured in the blast. The Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for the ill treatment of Kurdish citizens by Turkish authorities.
