Incident Summary:
05/05/2017: Assailants dressed in Philippine National Police (PNP) uniforms attacked the Davao Security and Investigation Agency (DASIA) compound in Poblacion neighborhood, Valencia City, Bukidnon, Philippines. There were no reported casualties in the incident. This was one of two related attacks that occurred in and around the DASIA compound in Poblacion neighborhood on the same day. The New People's Army (NPA) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that DASIA was targeted for enabling capitalism.
