05/10/2017: Assailants attacked Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) soldiers in Datu Wasay, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines. At least two assailants were killed and two other assailants were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the New People's Army (NPA).
