05/18/2017: Assailants attacked the Ilaguen Hydro power project in San Miguel, Isabela, Philippines. A security guard was briefly held hostage and a drilling machine and generator set were set on fire during the assault. The New People's Army (NPA) claimed responsibility for the incident.
