05/22/2017: Assailants opened fire on the convoy of United Nations Special Envoy for Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed in Sanaa, Amanat Al Asimah, Yemen. There were no reported casualties in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists, which denied involvement.
