05/25/2017: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near the National Directorate of Security (NDS) office in Washer, Helmand, Afghanistan. In addition to the assailant, at least six people, including intelligence chief Tur Jan, were killed and two people were injured in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
