Incident Summary:

06/01/2017: A young female suicide bomber detonated and a second young female bomber was shot and killed by Vigilance Committee members in Djakana, Extreme-North, Cameroon. Aside from the death of the two assailants, at least two Vigilance Committee members were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
