Incident Summary:
06/14/2017: Assailants placed an explosives-laden motorcycle outside the residence of a police commander in Hasti, Paktika, Afghanistan. The motorcycle detonated after it was carried inside of the house. Shakur was unharmed as he was not present at the time of the attack; however, five civilians were killed and seven civilians were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
