Incident Summary:

06/29/2017: Assailants attacked a Borno Mining Corporation convoy in Lulimba, South Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. 24 truck drivers were abducted in the attack. All of the hostages were released by July 6, 2017. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to members of a Mayi Mayi militia.
