07/01/2017: Assailants attacked Kaga-Bandoro town in Nana-Grebizi, Central African Republic. United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) peacekeepers confronted the assailants and at least 15 people were killed in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to former Seleka members.
