07/08/2017: Assailants fired mortars at Iraqi Volunteer Forces soldiers in Qasabat Bashir neighborhood, Taza Khurmatu, Kirkuk, Iraq. At least two soldiers were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
