07/08/2017: Assailants opened fire on Charlie Boliboli near Bago, Agbalasyang, Salvador Benedicto district, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Boliboli, a former Revolutionary Proletarian Army-Alex Boncayao Brigade (RPA-ABB) leader, was killed in the assault. The New People's Army (NPA) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the group targeted Charlie Boliboli for participating in illegal activities.
