Incident Summary:

07/09/2017: An explosive device detonated near Pakistan Armed Forces soldiers responding to an earlier bombing targeting colleagues in Sheikh Baba Gulona, Safi subdistrict, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. At least three soldiers were killed and another soldier was injured in the blast. This was one of two related attacks in Sheikh Baba Gulona on the same day. The Jamaat-ul-Ahrar faction of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
