Incident Summary:

07/15/2017: Ten assailants set fire to RTY Construction Company equipment in Tan-ag Ibaba,, Luzon, Quezon, Philippines. The assailants held 13 people hostage during the attack and later released them unharmed. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA) and stated that the attack may have been to extort ransom.
