Incident Summary:

07/19/2017: A suicide bomber detonated targeting police personnel in al-Qulayat area, Mosul, Nineveh, Iraq. In addition to the assailant, three police officers were killed and two officers were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
