07/28/2017: An assailant attempted to stab Israeli soldiers at Gush Etzion Junction area, Alon Shvut, West Bank, West Bank and Gaza Strip. Security forces shot and killed the assailant, and there were no other casualties. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Abdullah Taqatqa, a Palestinian extremist.
