08/05/2017: Assailants attacked an unknown number of security checkposts in Weala, Nangarhar, Afghanistan. This was one of two related incidents in the area on the same day. At least four assailants were killed and six assailants were injured across the attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
