08/12/2017: Assailants detonated explosives at an electricity tower along the Baghdad-Kirkuk highway in Adhamiyah neighborhood, Baghdad, Iraq. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of three related bombings targeting electricity towers in Adhamiyah on the same day. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
