Incident Summary:

08/27/2017: Assailants attacked Nga-khu-daing village and set fire to buildings in Maungdaw district, Rakhine, Myanmar. There were no reported casualties but approximately 38 houses were destroyed in the incident. This was one of 17 coordinated attacks in Maungdaw district on the same day. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to Muslim extremists.
