Incident Summary:

09/06/2017: A suicide bomber on a motorcycle detonated targeting a gate at Bagram Airfield in Bagram, Parwan, Afghanistan. At least four people, including Georgian soldiers and at least one United States citizen, were injured in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for the US and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) forces dropping leaflets with images that were an "insult to the Islamic creed."
