Incident Summary:

09/07/2017: Assailants attacked Dusuman village, Jere, Borno, Nigeria. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Jere on the same day. At least nine people were killed, five were injured, and eight were reported missing across the two raids. Nine of the victims were abducted and their bodies were discovered on September 8, 2017. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
