09/23/2017: Assailants attacked a police checkpoint in Qarabagh, Ghazni, Afghanistan. This was one of three coordinated attacks in the district on the same night. At least five police officers were killed and eight were injured across the three attacks, while the assailants sustained an unknown number of casualties. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Taliban.
