09/25/2017: Assailants launched mortar shells at a gendarmerie battalion hosting Syrian migrants in Semdinli, Hakkari, Turkey. One person was killed and five others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
