Incident Summary:
10/09/2017: Assailants stopped a jeweler and his family and accused them of having links to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in Idlib city, Syria. At least three family members, including the jeweler, were shot and killed in the assault. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to a security committee affiliated with Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham.
