10/10/2017: Assailants threw an explosive device at a hall in Patungcaleo, Quirino, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. There were no reported casualties, but the hall and an adjacent house were damaged in the blast. An additional explosive device was defused at the scene. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
