10/17/2017: Assailants abducted a schoolteacher, identified as Aijaz Ahmad Lone, in Wathoo, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Lone was killed shortly after the kidnapping and his body was discovered the following morning. Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) claimed responsibility for the incident in a note left at the scene.
