10/25/2017: An explosives-rigged house detonated as civilians were inspecting it in western Mosul, Nineveh, Iraq. At least two civilians were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

Criteria 1

Successful Attack
