10/30/2017: Assailants attacked police checkposts in Siya Sang, Uruzgan, Afghanistan. At least 29 people, including 11 police officers and 18 insurgents, were killed, and four police officers were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Taliban.
