11/01/2017: An explosive device planted in the vehicle of Jan Mohammad detonated in Pachir Agam district, Nangarhar, Afghanistan. Mohammad, an Afghan Local Police (ALP) official, was killed and six people were injured in the blast. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident.
