Incident Summary:
11/18/2017: Assailants attacked a police checkpost in Sarbazzar, Farah, Afghanistan. This was one of four related incidents in Bala Baluk district on the same date. At least 14 people, including six officers and eight assailants, were killed and 12 other people, including seven officers and five assailants, were injured across the four incidents. In addition, an unknown number of police officers were reported missing. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attacks.

Criteria 1
