Incident Summary:

11/24/2017: Assailants abducted two civilians in Katolo, Rutshuru, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. This was one of two similar attacks in the area on the same date. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected that the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) was involved.
