11/28/2017: Assailants threw an explosive device at a Nepali Congress Party (NC) election rally, attended by Prime Minister Sheh Bahadur Deuba, in Tulsipur, Province 5, Nepal. One police officer was killed and seven people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Communist Party of Nepal - Maoist (CPN-Maoist-Chand).
