12/01/2017: Assailants attacked Bhaiya Ram Munda at his residence in Bagma, Jharkhand, India. Munda, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) local leader, was taken from his residence before being shot and killed. Additionally, two relatives were injured in the assault. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the People's Liberation Front of India.
