12/10/2017: Assailants opened fire on four coal trucks in Chahar Awlia, Samangan, Afghanistan. The trucks were set on fire, and at least two drivers were taken hostage in the attack. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
