Incident Summary:

12/19/2017: Assailants attacked the Congolese Institute for the Conservation of Nature (ICCN) power plant in Ivingu, Lubero, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. In addition to four assailants, one civilian was killed and two others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Mayi Mayi.
