Incident Summary:

12/26/2017: Assailants abducted Samer al-Salloum in Kafr Nabl, Idlib, Syria. Al-Salloum, an activist and known critic of HTS, was tortured and killed in April 2019. His death was confirmed in August 2019. Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham claimed responsibility for the attack.
