01/12/2018: Assailants abducted three International Organization for Migration (IOM) employees from their vehicle near Tamanhint junction in Sabha, Libya. The three hostages were beaten before being released on January 16, 2018. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however, sources stated that the assailants accused the victims of treason.
